Award-winning Winter Park Florida design firm, Beasley & Henley Interior Design (BHID) has been chosen by The Ronto Group, developer of 624 Palm, to create the interior design for downtown Sarasota’s newest luxury condominium community. BHID’s sleek modern designs complement the vernacular of 624 Palm’s visionary Tampa architect Alcides Santiesteban and reflect the buyers demand for sophisticated, contemporary urban living.
Beasley & Henley developed the standard interior finish specifications for each of the 17 residences and planned the space and selected the finishes for 624 Palm’s entry lobby, residents’ clubroom, fitness center and resident services offices. Residents will enjoy gathering spaces defined by dramatic volume ceilings, marble, limestone, and wide-plank wood flooring, multi-dimensional wall treatments, distinctive built-ins, dramatic lighting and original artwork. Installed at the project’s completion, the furnishings will be comfortably modern, with sleek designs and touchable fabrics.

624 Palm is an 18- story residential tower located on toney south Palm Avenue, offering 15 full-floor residences of 4,155 sq. ft. each, one half-floor residence of 3,079 sq. ft., and one 4,381 sq. ft. two-level townhome. Each residence has soaring walls of glass, a private elevator entry, expansive bay and city views from multiple terraces in all directions, fully pocketing/stacking sliding doors opening to an oversized covered terrace with a summer kitchen, custom cabinetry with stone or quartz countertops, solid surface floors throughout, an optional gas fireplace, and the ability for pre-construction buyers to customize their floor plans and interiors.
The 624 Palm sales office is located onsite at 624 South Palm Avenue and is open by appointment. Contracts are now underway with residences priced from $2,150,000 to the high $3 millions. Construction is expected to commence December 2015.
